Gorgeous Oceanfront Luxury Condo in the Heart of Bucerias!
Gaze out at the ocean, listening to the surf, while lounging on the large patio of our 4th floor oceanfront condo. With a coffee in hand in the morning or margarita at sunset, you will surely appreciate the spectacular view north of the sunset over Punta Mita and south towards Puerto Vallarta, framing the five mile stretch of tranquil beach. The most beautiful infinity pools in Bucerias awaits just below you.
There are views from most places in this unit; the open and spacious dining area, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, master bedroom and bathroom as well as a look straight through the open door of the guest room.
Other comfortable amenities include two sets of motorized UV protecting blackout blinds and see through blinds if you want the view but a bit less heat. The patio stretches the full length of the condo, from Master Bedroom on the left to the living room on the right. There is a separate laundry room.
The immaculate and well kept building has a gym with machines, free weights, exercise balls, treadmills and stationary bikes on the first floor with glass on three sides for views out to the pool and ocean. It's a lovely place to get a bit of exercise after a walk or run on the beach!
The feel of the condo building and grounds is intimate, classy and usually pretty quiet (other than the ocean). There is 24 hour security and the grounds are and well kept.
Location, location, locationâŠThe condo is a short walk to restaurants, cafes and local shops to the right up LĂĄzaro CĂĄrdenas and a very short walk left to downtown Bucerias where youâll find the traditional square with taco and churro stands, bands and Huichol Indians selling their wares. A slew of restaurants, bars and other attractions are walkable to the north or south.
If you plan to explore the Riviera Nayarit or south to Puerto Vallarta and have a rental car, we have a secure dedicated parking spot.
***IDEAL RENTERS***
This building is part residential with long time owners who spend much of the year in Bucerias and part owners who visit but also rent to others. Ideal renters will treat our unit and this building as if it was someone's home - as it is for many. Being a good neighbor is important to us and there are HOA rules that must be followed. You will be expected to read these rules and sign that you understand them. Violations may result in deposit being withheld.
Our unit is great for couples, families or friend groups (4 people max) who are seeking a relaxed, tranquil atmosphere and understand the importance of maintaining this during their stay. It sleeps up to four adults comfortably (one King and one Queen). There are two single inflatable beds with a pump (ideal for kids) in the guest bedroom closet, if kids prefer not to share a bed.
***BUCERIAS AND COVID UPDATE 3/21***
The state of Nayarit has recently relaxed it's COVID restrictions due to improvement in numbers meaning beaches, restaurants, shops, gallaries and the like are open. Masks are required inside all businesses and many locals wear them in the streets.
I was here in early March (Lisa) and so found Bucerias to feel safe with mindful behaviors as you would anywhere to prevent the spread of COVID (masks, distancing and frequent hand washing).
The condo itself has COVID protocols in place which will be sent to you should you plan to rent our unit. You are expected to follow these protocols as our guests out of respect for the health and safety of you and others around you.
In between guests, the unit is cleaned with a high quality disinfecting agent used in healthcare settings called Virex II 256.
