Great studio is at main floor right infront of the pool, has a king size bed, bathroom, kitchen with supplies, tv with local cable tv , if you want to change the language by the control you can change it, desk . dinner table, living area, great view, breakfast bar,
Guest access
the common areas around the pool : the terrace, the palapa, longchairs ,also the kitchen at that terrace is common area, to use the kitchen at common area please ask at front desk , you need to book it
Other things to note
this Great studio isin a condominium and the manager has asked that all our guest, have knowledge of the rules so when you arrive, as you know them you will feel already at home

THE SWIMMING POOL HOURS ARE FROM 10:30 AM TO 10:00 PM.
THERE WILL BE NO LOUD MUSIC OR ANY LOUD NOISES ALLOWED THAT MIGHT DISTURB OTHER GUESTS AFTER 11:00 PM.
THERE ARE NO GLASS OBJECTS ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING POOL AREA.
GLASS OBJECTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PALAPA AND KITCHEN AREA.
DO NOT SWIM UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL. NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED DURING A LIGHTENING STORM BEFORE ENTERING THE SWIMMING POOL PLEASE TAKE A SHOWER TO WASH OFF THE SAND AND EXCESS OILS.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AS THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
PLEASE USE APPROPRIATE SWIMMING ATTIRE. REGULAR CLOTHING IS NOT ALLOWED.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE 12 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT 18 OR OVER AT ALL TIMES.
INDIVIDUALS ASSUME THE RISK FOR ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED WHILE USING THE POOL.
CONDOMINIUM OR ME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS IN THE SWIMMING AREA.
DO NOT HANG TOWELS OR CLOTHING ON THE RAILINGS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITS.
DO NOT LEAVE TOWELS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS ON THE LOUNGE CHAIRS FOR MORE THEN ONE HOUR. ITEMS LEFT LONGER WILL BE REMOVED AND STORE AT THE FRONT DESK.
PLEASE USE THE TRASH CANS. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE IN THE COMMON AREAS.
NO SPEAKERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMON AREAS. MUSIC MUST BE KEEP AT A LEVEL THAT DOES NOT DISTURB OTHER GUESTS.

YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION AT THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO USING THE COMMON AREA KITCHEN:
It is necessary to leave a deposit of 200 pesos, to ensure that the area is returned in good condition and as clean as possible, leaving the garbage deposited in bags and baskets that are located in the area, clean the kitchen counters, , with cloth that you will find at this area, and please return your dishes back to your suite. The refrigerator will run out of food as the maid will remove any forgotten food or drink when she cleans it. No sweeping or mopping required. Once your schedule is over, the deposit will be refunded.
If you use the gas grill please do not leave food in the rack
