The vision of Room 12 has been to offer luxury hotel-like services with the privacy and space of residential apartments whilst creating a community of like-minded individuals that merge together in our exclusive concept house.



This spacious Suite features a 55-inch flat-screen TV, an integrated sound system, high-speed WI-FI, floor heating, climate control, and an in-room safe. The suite is full-equipped, from the cutlery and hand-blown LEHMANN wine glasses in the kitchen to the hairdryer in the bathroom. The Suite celebrates local Romanian artists and true craftsmanship.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with an en-suite bathtub & shower. The living room is open plan. The guest bathroom features an additional shower.
