Feriale II apartment is a charming house placed on the south eastern flanks of the Chianti Classico Hills, surrounded by well tended vineyards, olive groves and woodland of the Petrolo organic winery. The house is arranged on the ground floor with direct access to the private garden area with a shaded pergola for dining outside. You will have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a large living room with a sofabed for 2 extra guest and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Wi-fi and sat-tv are included in the rental for free. The swimming pool is at short distance, shared with 2 other properties close to the house. You will be able to use the Bbq and the wood with provide for free aswell.

Being an awarded winery, we would love to show you our wine cellar and taste some wines toghether. We always leave a set of products in the house that our winery produces: nice wines, tasty olive oil, honey and some grappa for you to try.

EXTRA FEES:
A Local city tax. 1,5 Euro/person per day Max.4 days is due upon arrival. Children under 12 don't pay.
Heating: not included in the rental. It is calculated upon consumption 4€/m3. Reading by the gas meter. Usually up to 30€ per night.
