"Stayed for the weekend while in town for a soccer tournament. Price was extremely high for a wknd in May, granted I realize many places hike the prices up when certain events are happening nearby. Great location, kids loved being right on the beach. Nice paved patio area outback that we utilized when hanging out as a group w/ other ppl from the team. Room was quite warm upon arrival… took a bit to get it cooler. My one main complaint in regard to the heat/AC unit was how it had been blowing out a bunch of small black particles. Noticed them in a small area on white comforter that was on the pullout bed right next to the unit. Originally thought my son had sat on the bed w/ cleats or something and that it was dirt. Went ahead and just brushed it off. Next morning I noticed a bunch more in the same area (again directly across f/ the vent on unit). I grabbed a tissue this time and watched the particles crumble to tiny granules, leaving a black residue. Looked at the vent slats & filters noticing that u could see all kinds of thick build up setting behind the slats. I was disgusted! It had to of been some type of mold. These units are clearly not being inspected and cleaned as they should."
