Beautiful room. Spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Great location downtown and an easy walk to stores, restaurants, etc. The only challenge was trying to find overnight parking, which we did after going around the block several times. Also, it was hard to determine where to enter the building.

Good area of town with the parking structure just down the street and front street a block away. Not that close to the beach or waterfront from what I could tell. It is $20 for overnight parking. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable, my wife was very impressed :) Communication with Kasa was easy and clear over text message. If you do the check-in process ahead of time like you're supposed to, I can't see how you could have any issue. A few reviews complain about check-in but I did it before showing up to the property so I was totally fine.

This was my first time using a virtual hotel. All in all it’s fine. Rooms were clean. Check in and out were a bit more of a hassle than a standard hotel in my opinion - the ID verification takes a bit- but it’s not difficult. The room felt sterile, more like an upscale hostel. A small mini fridge and microwave were available. Area felt safe. Parking is off site in a ramp for about $20, so add that to the room cost. If the room was cheaper I’d consider it a better value, but considering the lack of amenities and lack of parking at a comparable price to a regular hotel, I don’t think it’s worth it.

THERE IS NO PARKING ON SITE! This is something I didn't catch until after I had already completed my reservation. There is no parking lot at all for this hotel. There is a parking structure relatively close that you can park overnight but it's $21 a night to park there. The hotel itself is very walkable to shops and bars and restaurants so that was very nice. There aren't any amenities really on site like a pool or restaurant or bar. There is a very cool rooftop terrace though that you can sit and overlook the city and even be able to see the water. There's nobody that works on site so the day of check-in you get a code texted to you to allow you to open the front door and your room door.

Disappointed. No staff, no ice bucket, lighting insanely bright in bathroom with no choice to dim, no actual television- you have to log into streaming service which not everyone has, hallways so bright it feels like a hospital, furnishings very cheap, rooms very small, walls very thin, NO PARKING so we had to meter, overall vibe felt like a hospital.
