The property is nice, and you can tell it’s older but has been updated. It has more of a mini all-inclusive feel with the amenities, which made it convenient. The kids really enjoyed the pool area and water slide, and we were here for a soccer tournament, so it was a good spot for them to have fun in between games. That said, the layout is quite large, and it was a bit challenging to keep track of the kids around the property. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but the front desk didn’t feel as pleasant as the other workers. Also, the added resort fees were disappointing and took away a bit from the overall value. Overall, a decent stay with good family-friendly amenities, but a few areas could be improved.

Wonderful view from the room. We stayed in the tower. Pool area is nice but in need of some updates. Lots on of site amenities. Great for a family stay. Pillows were quite uncomfortable. All in all good for a couple night stay.

I was told by front desk my room was almost ready for check in and would recieve a text message. After hours, i had to go back to the front deskto get my room keys. I also recieved the wrong room,I paid for a golf view room and was given a room with a terrible view of a industrial roof. Room 352 has a terrible smell and awful view outside the window. For paying the price of a resort with resort fees I would expect better. The hotel staff told me there was nothing they could do because I booked on a 3rd party sight.

We were put into the 200 hallway next to Jack's Tavern. There is NO soundproofing. The small door in the hall that closes does not block the noise. It was loud every night until well after midnight with people drinking, screaming and being loud. We booked 4 days with resort this trip. Overall disappointed in the ability to relax at night.
