Terrible experience !

With accommodation for four with breakfast front desk We had reservations which we booked in advance! When we arrived we had issues with access to property! ( not clear instructions!)But than when we went to the apartment the key was not in the lock box! When we called she they told us it was double booked! Alright. They told us they would switch us to other accommodation. Well after an hour waiting we called ( we called) they told us that they had no space for us! But that is not the worst! When we get our AmX return it is short of all the extra charges they tacked on! Truly it is not worth the headache to rent from these places. I went and rented from Raddison hotel f
