This is a beautiful hotel that is a delight to discover after a long journey. The staff are friendly and helpful and err on the side of doing more for guests. The location is ideal— a short walk from the Danube and the riverfront entertainment options, as well as a short walk from the cathedral and surrounding restaurants. It was a fabulous base for our exploration of Budapest.

Beautiful hotel. We planned on staying 3 nights after our river cruise, but my husband is on chemo and wasn’t up for extending the trip. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating in working with Hotels.com to get refunded for canceling 2 nights.

Highly highly recommend! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so friendly , so helpful. Everyone we talked to at the front desk during our stay was fantastic! Customer service 5 stars ! They had a great welcome packet with a city map & , dining recommendations. Complimentary water bottles in our room. We loved the turn down service with the chocolates. We were sad to leave this beautiful hotel
