The location is great, from the airport shuttle bus stop to hotel around 10 mins walk. Also walk within 10 mins to Metro and Elizabeth bridge. Bed and Breakfast is great.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it had a great location with many restaurants and shops nearby and room was pretty quiet from outside noise which is what i was worried about beforehand due to location. Staff was very friendly and helpful, particulary sonja, the room itself was a decent size and the air con worked well which was needed as it was surprisingly hot for April, disappointed there was no kettle though, so i could not have tea, there was a percolator with two coffee pods, if we required anymore then there was a charge. There was a decent amount of power points in the room, though no usb ones though. Breakfast was kind of standard, no cereal, however there was enough pastries, fruit, sliced meat and my wife particularly enjoyed the bacon there, though try to get to breakfast early as its quite busy between 9-10am and we had to wait a short while for a table to become available as there was only approx 10-12 tables. Overall we really enjoyed it here, would go again if we could swap the percolator for a kettle.

Very good experience

Everything was great, very good location in city centrum. Room was spacious, clean, little bit cold when we arrived but there is AC. Good breakfast and it wasn´t crowded. They also provide luggage stroage. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

Comfortable Stay in Budapest

All the staff that we encountered were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was situated on one of the main streets, making it easy to access public transport, shops and restaurants. It was an ideal location, and check-in/out was simple and easy. The room was great - high ceilings and a great amount of space. We really enjoyed our stay there, and would recommend.

The staff was excellent! I'm sorry I don't have names but the gentleman who checked us in offered us a room early. The next day a different desk worker booked us tickets for Vienna. Our last day, upon checkout, I showed the woman at the desk a message we got from the train. She looked on line and determined our train was cancelled due to flooding. She helped us coordinate a ride to Vienna with our taxi driver. All of these staff members helped us tremendously and lessened our stress! The location, rooms, and breakfast was all wonderful too. If I return to Budapest I would definitely stay again! I will also suggest to anyone I know who is going here!

The hotel was very convenient location on main shopping street. We walked to all locations we visited rather than use public transport. We had a large room on 6th floor so had no problems with noise, plus we kept windows closed and ac on due to heat wave when we visited. Breakfast room was very small so gets very busy at peak times. Breakfast was good, continental with cooked items. The staff were very helpful, booked us taxi to train station. We certainly will return to Budapest and would not hesitate to stay at promenade city again
