Lage, Geschäfte in der Nähe und Zugang zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr waren gut. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber teilweise schwierig (Sprachprobleme). Zugang zum Objekt und zur Tiefgarage (teuer) deshalb kompliziert. Objekt nicht gut ausgestattet: Für 6 Personen gedacht, gab es 3 Messer und 4 kleine Löffel. Tabs für Geschirrspüler mußten extra angefordert werden. Lampe über dem großen Tisch fehlte (Leitung hing herum). Tür zum 2. Schlafzimmer nicht schließbar (Schloß defekt). Loch in der Tür. Es gab 7 Deckel für Töpfe, aber nur einen Topf. Man merkt bei jeder Ferienwohnung, ob der Vermieter von Zeit zu Zeit selbst in der Wohnung wohnt (im vorliegenden Fall sicher nicht). Die Ausstattsdetails sind dann wesentlich perfekter.
