Lovely 2 bedroom cottage less than 10 mins drive from Bude. The property is set in a courtyard of 8 properties and overlooks Ivyleaf Golf course to the rear with the coast beyond. Downstairs there is an open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen and upstairs there are two bedrooms (kingsize bedroom and bunk bedroom) and a shower room. There is an allocated parking space with the property and an additional space is available if needed. To the rear is a garden with barbecue.
