Budva City - Private Pool - Authentic Stone House

We are the owners of the house and we strive to proved the best experience possible to our guests. This is the only house we rent out in Montenegro. We provide house cleaning and we change towels and bed linens weekly. The pool (OPEN from JUN-SEP) is cleaned 3 times per week and you can call us any time if you have questions or special requests.
You will be located only 800 meters or less than 15 minutes walking to the beach.
The house consist of 2 identical apartments (each has 2 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom) , with separate entrances. We rent the whole house to one group at a time (there are never guests that you do not know at the house).

LIVING AREA
Property has one living areas on each level of the building. The living areas are both spacious and include sofas, coffee tables, cabinets, dining tables with seating, Satellite TV and air conditioning.

KITCHEN
The house has two kitchens, one on each level. The kitchens include ovens, dishwashers, kettles, toasters, small fridges and all other cooking utensils and cutlery for staying guests.

BEDROOMS
Has a total of four separate bedrooms, with two bedrooms on each level of the property.

This property has one queen size bed bedroom, with the remaining bedrooms having two single beds each.

There is also additional sleeping space for two extra persons on the sofa beds in living areas.

BATHROOM
Has a total of two separate bathrooms.

The bathrooms include shower cubicles, washbasins, mirrors and WC.

UTILITIES
Well equipped for staying guests, and would offer: washing machine, dishwasher, private swimming pool, garden furniture, built in outdoor barbecue, sun loungers, hairdryer, Internet WiFi modem and iron with ironing board.

GARDEN
Has terraces on each floor which offer great sea views, which look on towards the old town of Budva. There is ample garden space, with parts that are shaded from the sun in the hot summer months;making it ideal for guests wishing to eat alfresco meals.

Also has a large private swimming pool, which is maintained on a weekly basis. The pool is a great place for guests to relax, sunbath and have fun.

The pool is in service from June until late September!

PARKING
Street parking is usually available close to the house, although during the peek season it can be hard to find a spot.
There are approximately 30 step to reach the house from the street.

ACCESS
Spread over two levels and there are stairs leading up to the property, therefore it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The house is not wheelchair accessible.

CLEANING LAUNDRY SERVICE
This property is cleaned on a weekly basis with a fresh set of bath towels and bed linen replaced on this day.

Please note that the swimming pool (open JUN-SEP) is also maintained at lest twice per week.

Three major airports, distances are -

Tivat approx. 40 min, Dubrovnik (Croatia) approx 2 hours or Podgorica which is approx 1 hr away.

Super séjour a Budva

La maison était conforme aux photos et bien située. Elle dispose de tout le nécessaire. Très bon accueil de la part de Vladimir mais problème de communication avec le couple Tanja et Sveto car ils ne parlent pas du tout anglais et nous ne parlions pas leur langue.

A lot of space for the big family like ours(8 adults and 2 children). Very good size swimming pool. Big shaded area for dining outside.Some furniture needs updating, The oven in downstairs flat did not work. Wifi was good. All cleaning materials were provided(toilet paper, washing up liquids, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, etc) The manager is awesome.( thank you Miso) The cleaners did not do proper job. The hair was found in soap holder, on the floor, a lot of dust behind the doors, on the skirting boards, dirt around shower. But overall we had good holiday..

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Budva sehr genossen. Von der Unterkunft waren wir positiv überrascht. Es ist wirklich ein schönes Haus. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles da, was wir brauchten. Auch der Pool war sauber und wurde gerne von uns genutzt. Die Lage ist gut. Man kann Supermärkte und den Strand zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Adi immer zur Stelle. Er hat alles gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Danke!!! Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Beim Objekt handelt es sich um 2 gleiche getrennte Einheiten in einem Haus. Ausstattung war zweckmäßig, Restaurants in der Nähe, Strand in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Altstadt 25-30.

Lovely house with good pool

This is a house divided into two flats and suited us as two families. It is roomy with lovely outside space especially the bottom terrace under the vines. The pool too is lovely and big enough to cool off and swim. The location is good as it is near shops and a bakery. it is a 15 min walk to the beach but can get to two beaches and 30 min to the old town. There is a steep hill the last bit. We found that the pool was cleaned but the house was not during our stay. Also, some of the amenities (fridge in top flat and air con in the top flat) were old.

Very nice house for 8 persons

We liked the house very much. We were 8 persons there for one week. We used the kitchen and the barbecue every day. It worked well. The supermarket and the bakery was very close The pool was very nice. We had problems with the dishwasher, but when I sent a mail to Vladimir we got help. We enjoyed our stay very much. There was nice restaurants nearby and the beach was about 15 minutes walk away. We also liked Budva a lot, it is very beautiful.

Super Lage! Schöner großer Pool! Die Ausstattung müsste erneuert werden (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). Es war sehr heiss, man bräuchte einen Sonnenschirm am Pool.

Viel Platz und toller Blick auf Budva

Amazing stay. Clean. Large Pool.

We were two families travelling together with four children aged 6-13 years old and we had a really great experience staying in this villa. The villa has 2 floors that are externally connected. Upper level has better views, but the lower level has amazing patio covered with grapes. Beautify, clean villain the hills, but just 10 min from the beach. Close to restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store. Large swimming pool, very clean. Tanja and Sveto, who maintain and clean the house were very helpful and they let us eat sweet grapes. Marble floors and fireplace are beautiful. Air conditioning is available only in the living rooms, but the nights are cool, so we slept well. The kitchens (there is one on each floor) are bit outdated, but functional.

Supert hus med flott basseng i umiddelbar nærhet av sentrum og strand

Huset er eksakt som beskrevet, veldig stort med god plass med alt du trenger Vi var 2 familier som reiste sammen og bodde her i 14 dager. 5 + 4, så det passet ypperlig at huset er delt opp i 2 separate leiligheter. God plass på alle rom samt stue og soverom selv om en sovesofa stod ute hele tiden. Sveta and Tanja kom på kort varsel om det var ting vi lurte på. De kan ikke engelsk, men med Google translate på telefonen, er ikke dette et problem i det hele tatt. Leste en del dårlige omtaler angående bilutleie her i Montenegro, så da fikk jeg tips fra Vladimir om Delta Car. Vi brukte de, og de var helt supre. De er også en av de billigere. Vikjørte også til Mostar i Bosnia, der trenger man ''green card'' for å bevise forsikring, det kjøpte vi også på forhånd hos Delta Car. Husk på å vær nøye med å gå over bilen/ta bilder av skader før dere tar nøkkelen. Takk for hjelpen Vladimir Huset ligger ganske høyt oppe i en bakke, så det er super utsikt natt og dag hvis du sitter på terassen å slapper av mens ungene storkoser seg i bassenget. Det finnes ferske bakervarer rett nedenfor bakken, samt en butikk for vanlige matvarer rett bortenfor. Restauranter også om du ikke ønsker å gå altfor langt. Stranda er faktisk kun 10-12 minutters gange fra huset. Synes i det hele tatt at huset har en topp beliggenhet, i sentrum, men utenfor. Veldig lite støy om du sitter ute, så godt som ikke noe om du er inne i huset. Takk til alle for et topp opphold. Kan anbefale dette huset for de som vil oppleve Budva.

Great home for a Budva holiday

The home is just as described, very clean and tidy with everything available. Even though the listing says the pool is only available mid-June, Vladimir had it sparkling and ready for our arrival at the start of June. We were a group of five, with a mixture of family and friends. It was great having two separate apartments and living spaces but with a large terrace and the swimming pool where everyone could gather. And the beach really is just a 10 minute walk away. The customer service was super, with our messages responded to quickly and Sveta readily available to help us out with whatever needed. It was clear that everyone wanted to make sure we really enjoyed our stay. And we did! Thanks very much to all of you.

The property was just as described in the listing. The management of the villa was excellent.

customer service was excellent. Despite language difficulties (we had no russian or serbian, the couple in charge had no english) we managed to make ourselves understood, especially when we discovered we had Google translator apps on our mobile phones. Any small problems were very quickly attended to and resolved. For instance, when we arrived mid afternoon we could not get wifi in the villa, but, despite the torrential rain that day, Sveta and Tanja made a couple of visits to the villa to investigate and go to seek advice, and by evening they had the wifi up and running perfectly. We cannot praise the couple highly enough. They were always on hand when needed, without being intrusive. Although the listing said the pool was not available after September, the owner agreed to our request that it be kept open for the length of our stay in October. The location was in a quiet district, which suited us fine, but still within a short walk of the main beach area. I would certainly recommend this property to friends and relatives. we had a wonderful and relaxing time in Budva.
