Villa is located 2.5 km from city center and is situated on 2000m2 estate. Residential area is 500 sqm on three floors, and its ideal for family holidays.

On the ground floor there is a indoor bar and swimming pool with whirlpool, showers and private toilet.

On the second floor there are open plan sitting room/dinning area/kitchen and spacious terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
