Clean hotel, staff were amazing. Valet is $25/night. I don’t think you can park on the street as it’s with permit only. You can’t park at the Source parking either. Overall, a great stay.

The staff was very rude, especially Andrew and Jackie or Jacklyn… I had spoken to Jennifer 1 week prior to our stay to see if they could get all of our 6 rooms together as we were all staying there for a funeral. She had said they were and they didn’t. Them the AC went out abt midnight they couldn’t get someone to come fix it till 7am, they did offer to move rooms to the 4th floor and my family and I we’re all staying on the 6th, absolutely not! Then I heard from another guest when I went to look for a vending machines, they told us that the hotel offers 2 water bottles which we were never offered. I did go talk to Andrew at check out and he said no, they only offer it to some customers something abt rewards program which I left like they were just being rude and racist. I’m very much disgusted by the way they treated all of my family member and myself.

we had ask a week before we stayed there if we could get rooms almost together for all family member booked 6 bedrooms they said yes ..we got there the staff that was front was so rude look like he didn’t kno nothing we got our room it was so hot ask the staff 2wice that the ac wasn’t working he said he was goin to send someone they said they went up there open the ac unit left still went inside still wasn’t working I ask them again to get it fix went back again room was hit all night .. it was a horrible experience had my grandbaby with me ask for toilet paper only had a half roll in there hey didn’t bring us some until the next day when I called then and told them about the roll of paper so sad we had to go thru this me and my family

I was happy each day with the housekeepers and how they cleaned the room. The things that could've been better were my check-in experience with Melissa and Calvin H. They didn't even greet me as a Hilton honors member, or even ask if I was one until I offered that info at the conclusion of check-in, just as I made a special request . While checking in, I requested a room with the view they could not accommodate me. I found that fascinating since I'm a Hilton honors member and the hotel has a huge vacancy right now that was disappointing. Once upstairs, they immediately called up to the room and said that we could switch rooms but before we committed, we just wanted to peek into the room first and they couldn't even do that even though we weren't even going to utilize the room I thought that was just ridiculous to offer us a room, but not let us look at it before committing to the room change there's gotta to be a better way. We weren't gonna use any facilities or undo any of the housekeeping or anything like that and we requested that we be supervised but they couldn't accommodate even that and we were two females traveling and they already had our drivers license. Nothing that is going to happen. Likewise, you can tell the mattresses are very worn. The mattresses need flipped. mine was concaved and it had no give. One night I ordered from the restaurant and found that the hot wings are breaded, and hot wings shouldn't have that breading. They need to change the recipe i
