This is a nice property. However, the single biggest problem is volume in the common area. It is unbelievably loud. My room was right next to the common/breakfast area. There were about 20 people using it as a giant living room until late at night. This was followed by an extremely loud breakfast crowd at 6am. The room was so crowded that it was nearly impossible to walk through, which is necessary to exit the building. I would not recommend this property if you enjoy sleeping past 6am on your vacation.

Very pleasant hotel. The room is comfortable and the small size has a "mom and pop" feel.

This is our second time staying here. It's easy and accessible. The breakfast is a plus and they offer many easy quick options. There are many great restaurants in Salida to enjoy. The ice machine wasn't working.
