We enjoyed our stay at Browns Canyon Inn. The rooms were super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. Don't forget to ask for housekeeping services daily. Breakfast was more than adequate with fresh fruit and fresh made oatmeal daily.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has a lot of good options, including fruit, breakfast burritos, bagels. This is our go-to hotel when driving through Salida.

Traveled with my wife to Salida to ski at Cooper and Monarch. My wife doesn’t ski, and Salida has things for her to do. Brown’s Canyon Inn was neat and kept up nicely. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant next door was a good place to eat.

Friendly staff and clean room

We actually extended our stay here because the staff were so friendly. The hot tub is a nice bonus. The only downside was that our room was right in front of the breakfast room so it was a bit noisy. The upside was that we were close to fresh coffee! Would stay here again. 😁

This property is simply a hidden gem. Clean, safe, cute and cozy - loved the hot tub and rooms. Breakfast was as to be expected. I’d def stay here again, my only regret is that this property does not have river access as its pictures show. Not the end of the world, but def not accurate - still a nice slice of heaven here in Salida.
