This one bedroom apartment is located on the best block of Palermo Hollywood. Fitz Roy is the main street in Palermo Hollywood with all the best bars and restaurants (Hierro, El Dandy, Sudestada, and many more), and this apartment is right in the heart of it all, on the 4th floor and surrounded by trees.

This high-end luxury apartment has been equipped with only the best furnishings and appliances. The high-end La Cardeuse mattress may be spilt from a queen to two twins if desired and with the pull-out couch bed, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests.

Other amenities include: flat screen TV with cable television; smart TV with Netflix; Stereo system with CD/DVD/MP3/USB; fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.; gas stove and oven; hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, vacuum; private balcony with outdoor table and chairs; cordless phone with local phone service; high-speed wireless Internet; beautiful ceiling lamps and furnishings.

Excellent located unit with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Andy was a great host and took time to personally show us all of the ins ands outs of the apartment as well as recommendations for the area. A couple of small issues came up during our stay which he was very responsive and helped resolve.

Perfect Apartment for your stay in B.A.

This apartment offers 1 or 2 guests everything you need including access to a washing machine, a balcony, a large refrigerator with a freezer and many cleaning products. There are 2 small supermarkets and about 10 markets within four blocks. A block away comes two busses that will take you downtown or to the edge of the city an hour away. I took both busses to each end of the route to see the real Buenos Aires and not just the beautiful center of the center. It is a five minute walk to the subway entrance or to a main avenue with many busses. I could walk to the avenue and take one bus (Bus 64 or 152) to Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo or La Boca areas. From this apartment you can safely walk anywhere in a beautiful, green neighborhood, as well as walk to the botanical gardens and other public gardens. The property owner is easy to contact, very helpful and will make your stay a success. And do not forget that great washing machine!

It's a reason why it called "The best block in Hollywood"

I spent 11 nights in November at this fantastic apartment in the vibrant neighborhood of Palermo Hollywood, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful—safe, lively, and filled with countless restaurants and cafes. The only challenge? Deciding where to eat each night! Plus, it’s conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It’s spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you might need, a modern and stylish bathroom, a cozy bed, and a lovely living room. The balcony is a standout feature—perfect for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine before heading out to explore. The added convenience of plugs for both European and US devices was a nice touch. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the host, Andy. From the moment I booked, he was warm, accommodating, and full of great tips on where to go and practical advice to make the most of my trip. His hospitality elevated the entire experience. If you’re planning a trip to Buenos Aires, this is the place to stay—you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful time in Palermo

This studio apartment is a perfect spot to enjoy Buenos Aires. It was well situated near many restaurants, cafes, food stores, and public transportation. Beautiful parks are just a short walk away too. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The balcony was lovely to have a meal overlooking the neighborhood greenery. The only complaint were the lack of windows or a screen on the balcony so we had to use the air conditioning at night. But I definitely recommend this apartment!

Very Comfortable and Convenient Apartment

Andy was a wonderful host. It was our first time to Argentina and we appreciated his meeting us and giving us much useful information - including a Subte card. Perfect apartment

The apartment is as described. The washing machine available in the building is free and easy to use. There are two buses stops on the next block that take you into the center of the city. It was very easy to use the train, subway and buses staying in this apartment. The balcony is excellent. The large refrigerator helps and there are many supermarkets within walking distance.

This is a Great Place to Stay in Palermo

My wife and I recently stayed here for a week and it was enjoyable from start to finish. We had no troubles at all and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a one bedroom studio apartment in the Palermo area. Specifically, the unit is clean and well equipped. It is comfortable and safe. I should say that as Americans, we were a bit concerned when our cab driver let us out because of the graffiti throughout the neighborhood. It made us wonder if we had made the right choice. However, once we unpacked and started moving around the neighborhood, this perception changed and we became quite fond of the neighborhood. There are quite a few excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. In fact there is a steakhouse right next door. There are grocery stores close by, along with bars, bus stops, and metro stops (beginning in March). Sante Fe Ave is a 5 minute walk and then you’re at a major urban area. The unit itself is plenty big enough for 2 people. The a/c works well; also the wi-fi. The bed is comfortable and the street level noise did not bother me. Finally, Andy is a great host and you will enjoy working with him.
