Guest Access:
We have a new app called 'HOSPY,' where you can check in virtually with your ID. You can also pay your security deposit through this channel (not required for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned 10 to 14 days after your departure. You'll have direct contact with your personal host through the app. Deposits range from $50 for studio and one-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with eight or more bedrooms.

You can also use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app, you'll find your check-in instructions and access codes one hour before your regular check-in time.

Palermo Chico is a residential neighborhood known for being one of the most exclusive and elegant areas of the city, and for its wide tree-lined streets, historic mansions, and green spaces. In it is the famous Botanical Garden and the Galileo Galilei Planetarium.

Getting Around:

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Interaction with Guests:
Our guests can request an early check-in or late check-out for an additional half-day, with check-in at 10:00 AM or check-out at 4:00 PM (subject to availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM or stay past 4:00 PM, you must add a full day to your stay (subject to availability). We can also store your luggage for a few hours if you do not wish to pay an additional fee or if availability is unavailable.
