The receptionists are very nice. The official check in time is 2 pm. I we arrived in the morning 11 am, and worn out after 15 hour flight. The receptionist saw us so tired, allowed us to check in earlier. After a nap in the room, we were so refreshed. Thank you

Good location on Florida Street. Walking distance to many tourist sites. My king bed room was large, mini fridge, hot water kettle. The AC kept the room cool. Just leave it on during the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was good, danish, pastries , toast, cookies, scrambled eggs mixed with rice, fruits, different juices, coffee, tea, milk, cereals

Great location, but no parking and need to walk to get to Uber since the hotel is located on pedestrian only street. It's a bit inconvenient during check in and check out to carry all your luggage to the closest street (which is busy one way street). Rooms are outdated, and not all of them have air conditioning, but clean and spacious.
