We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were clean & comfortable. It was very convenient to be right in town & the desk staff were helpful & friendly. Breakfast was basic, but good. We happened to stay there on a holiday weekend & the streets were loud at night. That was the only drawback, but certainly not the hotel’s fault. We would definitely recommend.

Great location within walking distance to the port - easy access for those (like me) arriving via boat from Montevideo. Walkable to the Pink House, the Obelisk, and right around the corner from the San Telmo Street Fair on Sunday. Room was upgraded (win) but cold - small heater in the corner no match for the size of the room. Unless you are traveling with a group there is no need to get the larger space. Staff strangely would not loan me an iron and tried to upsell me instead on their laundry services (I was not in need of a laundry but simply a small iron for a dress shirt to visit the symphony). Never had that happen before in any hotel in the world. Restaurant staff was rude.

The staff (front desk and restaurant) were really nice/friendly/helpful. This hotel is perfectly located for easy convenience to public transportation and/or walking distance to tourist attractions (San Telmo neighbourhood). The room is simple and functional, and clean.

The electronic room key stopped .. flat battery. Another day later room key lost its id!..had to be redone. Staff always courteous & nice. Hand towel and bath floor mat missing..had to go back to reception about this as well as the room entrance problems..but staff were v quick to remedy problem. Street had many sleepers at night.. some abusive. No public transport info on how to use them missing tho many buses ran but where to?? Key item for me was swimming but hotel pool not heated or neat..disappointing. Restaurant menu did not show prices for lunch…but food for breakfast was v good

Too expensive for what you get.

Average hotel in okay condition. Spoke English at check in which was helpful. Breakfast was adequate but not great. Beds fine. Nothing fantastic. If it was a Hampton inn in the USA I’d say it was under expectations. Price was too high for the quality of property. There are better hotels for the money. Location was fine in a safe area. Long walks to most attractions or necessary cab rides, tho close enough to plaza mayo for walking. Pool small. No fitness area. Also, they forced us to book another room for extra $50/night because we had 3 kids. This made it a $200/night hotel. We did it because of no other options, but definitely not worth $200/night.

El hotel está bien ubicado a 15 min de puerto Madero caminando donde puedes pasear y disfrutar de buenos restaurantes a pocos pasos también de san Telmo donde lo puedes explorar de la mejor manera. El hotel cuenta con buenas habitaciones amplias y espaciosas, con buena limpieza, un pequeña piscina que está buena para los días de calor en verano. Lo malo el personal del hotel es muy despota, poco amable llegamos a las 6 am de nuestro viaje y nos trataron muy mal en el lobby, para pedir una cuchara te la cargan a la habitación con costo o tienes que devolverla en ese momento, son poco amables y dan la sensación como que uno se fuera a robar las cosas, me he hospedado en varios hoteles en todo el mundo y jamás me ha pasado eso, es un aspecto a mejorar ya que tienen una bonita infraestructura pero es muy incómodo el servicio, falta de hospitalidad

A fantastic experience!

I stayed for an extended time, 22 days, and have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone! The entire staff is very kind and helpful. My biggest issue is that I don't speak Spanish very well and everyone was courteous and helped me muddle through my communications. I highly recommend this hotel - the staff makes it a great experience!
