Desconforme

no nos dieron shampoo, crema ni jabón, varias cosas en mal estado o rotas (grifo de la ducha, porta objetos de la ducha, secador de pelo, tope de puerta de baño) la comunicación bastante lenta, el agua de la ducha el primer día, fría directamente, los otros días había que bañarse muy rápido para que no se termine y no se podían bañar dos personas seguidas, solicité un late check out y nunca me contestaron. Como primer experiencia fue mediocre.
