I want to apologize for my initial response. The staff was great. Room very clean. My only concern is the website pictures didn’t really show the rooms well. Overall it was a nice place and very economical. Thanks!

Very convenient to Buffalo airport; small rooms but had everything you need, Maria was onsite and very welcoming and helpful. The only downside was that the room and property need a little refresh….carpet, furniture, but all in all it was good.

This motel was clean, with excellent bed-making service. Never saw a staff member or maid. TV had pixelating issues, although WiFi was generally decent otherwise. Coffee & tea is in the room, but Inn lacks central gathering place or ability to chat with anyone. I saw only one guest during my 3-day stay and he was getting his steps in by walking around the central building where the owners appear to live. No restaurant or bar is walkable from this location.

No breakfast and a bit further from the action but very roomy and comfortable. I would just recommend that they keep the outside lights lit by the landmark Buffalo in front because it’s hard to locate the driveway at night.

Clean, a little outdated, self check in, and quiet. We arrived after dark and the room numbers were difficult to read. Maybe a reflective paint or paint color that contrasts with the door color would make it easier to read the number on the door.

Could use a bit of an update and the rooms have more "stuff then necessary" but it was lovely... a couple hooks on the wall, take out the dressers and cupboard, put the TV up on a Wall rack, and you could easily put in queen beds and have a TON of room in the basic units, we love it, but it was tiny ... and our door was very sticky, the lock...
