Take a dip in the 32mÂČ pool or unwind in the outdoor dining area, where you can savor your morning coffee or enjoy a late-night drink under the stars.
Perfect for families, the property offers a trampoline andtable tennis. The entire property is securely fenced, ensuring a safe environment for both kids and pets to play and relax.
Inside, the spacious living room seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen, providing all the comforts of home. The house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with fresh towels and linens provided.
At Villa Castelo, we understand that your four-legged friend is a part of your family. If you're traveling with a pet, there is an additional charge of 10€ per day.
A heated pool is available upon request for an additional charge of €250 per week.


The enchanting town Buje in Croatia is located in the hinterland of Istria, about 13 kilometres from the resorts of Umag and Novigrad. Surrounded by a breathtakingly beautiful hilly countryside, by vineyards and olive groves, and with a town centre that is well worth seeing, this pretty town is a true pearl on the Istrian peninsula and a popular destination for excursions. Among the most important attractions of Buje are the medieval old town, once a fortress, and the historic churches in the center. But also cyclists and hikers appreciate this small town as an optimal starting point to explore the surrounding hill countryside and at the same time enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches of the nearby coast.
Umag – the tennis metropolis or the “gateway” to Croatia, as it is only 10 km from the Slovenian border, was listed in 2011 by National Geographic Magazine as one of the 10 best summer destinations.

Maison de vacances trÚs confortable et bien équipée

La maison est parfaite pour 6 personnes. Elle est remarquablement bien Ă©quipĂ©e et parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Le jardin est trĂšs soignĂ© et les enfants ont adorĂ© la piscine, le trampoline et la table de ping-pong. La maison est bien situĂ©e pour visiter le nord de l’Istrie.

Das Ferienhaus wurde als "Ruheoase" inseriert. "Hören Sie die wunderschönen GerĂ€usche der Natur", hieß es zudem. Das war genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Die RealitĂ€t? TagsĂŒber pro Minute 5 bis 6 Autos und Lastwagen,die am nahen Garten und Pool vorbeidonnern. Also ĂŒber 300 pro Stunde. Wir fĂŒhlen uns getĂ€uscht und abgezockt. Eine einvernehmliche Regelung mit der Agentur fand nicht statt, die letzten Mails wurden ignoriert. Mit meinem Rechtsanwalt werde ich nun klĂ€ren, ob Fewo-direkt oder die Agentur fĂŒr falsche ExposĂ©s haftbar gemacht werden können. Danke fĂŒr nichts und nie wieder!

Super Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in unserem Ferienhaus. Es mangelte an nichts. Die Unterkunft hat schöne Zimmer, alles ist sauber, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Pool ist eine Augenweide, vor allem, wenn man abends in der DĂ€mmerung baden geht ist er schön beleuchtet. Einfach ein super Ferienhaus. Jedem zu empfehlen. Wichtig in der Sommerzeit: Insektenschutz mitnehmen. Den gab es zwar auch im Haus, aber gegen MĂŒcken ist mehr dann eben doch besser. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Ruhig und abgelegt

Ein schönes Haus, wie auf den Fotos, alles da. Valentina war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Es wĂ€re schön, wenn oben auch Fliegengitter angebracht werden, dann kommen die MĂŒcken nicht so rein. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ein tolles Haus.

Wunderschönes istrisches Steinhaus

Wir (Familie mit 7jĂ€hriger Tochter) hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Castelo. Der Pool war traumhaft und super gepflegt (geschieht alles diskret in den frĂŒhesten Morgenstunden, ohne dass man es mitbekommt), das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr geschmackvoll, wie ich finde, in einem Mix aus Alt und Neu eingerichtet. Außerdem ist die KĂŒche hervorragend ausgestattet und neu, das heißt, alles funktioniert bestens. Die Terrasse ist angenehm, der Grill klasse und sollte es zu heiß sein, kĂŒhlen im Haus die drei Klimaanlagen. GegenĂŒber gibt es zwei wirklich gute Restaurants ( Maslinova Grana und Igor). Das Meer ist 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto weg. Uns hat Kanegra am besten gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir waren fĂŒr 10 Tage in dem Ferienhaus und waren wirklich sehr begeistert. Es war alles sauber und mit den 2 Badezimmern und 3 Schlafzimmer war mehr als genug Platz fĂŒr alle. Im Haus sind ebenfalls 3 Klimaanlagen vorhanden, durch welche man es angenehm kĂŒhl im Haus halten kann. Das ganze GrundstĂŒck ist eingezĂ€unt, so dass man sich wenig Sorgen um kleine Kinder machen muss und auch wirklich seine Ruhe hat. GegenĂŒber gibt es ein super Restaurant, mit einer guten KĂŒchen und einer sehr freundlichen Besitzer. Das einzige was noch schön wĂ€re, ist ein Backofen in der KĂŒche. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir wĂŒrden jeder Zeit wieder hingehen.

So much more modern comfort than expected

We visited this area for a friends wedding and decided to make it a family vacation by spending some more days. With this house we could have easily made it a week or longer. The property is well maintained with a modern kitchen and enough clean pots pans to cook a lunch or dinner. There is lots to do for families and if not in the mood for any of the activities in the area, a day at your own pool is wonderful. We loved pickkng cherries from the tree and playing table-tennis. Thanks owners!

the nicely decorated house was very cleans, the hosts welcomed us very friendly to Hand over the keys, everything stated in the description - if not much more - was in place, the Lady from the agency brought us a baby-bed. starting from cosy, clean Sheets and a lot of towels and kitchen towels over great garden-beds we enjoyed the garden and when it was hot outside the coolness of the house inside. the Supermarket was 5 minutes by car, the beach 10 minutes when no traffic, a good fish Restaurant with friendly staff is right next to it. We were lucky to spend a week there! Thank you hosts also for the tip for the fastest way to cross the boarder!
