Our stay at Hotel Al Amir Palace Boutique in Bukhara was truly unforgettable. We arrived very late on our check-in day, well after the regular arrival hours, but we were welcomed with open arms and treated with genuine hospitality. We were escorted to a wonderful room that immediately took our breath away.
From the moment we entered the hotel, every detail told a story. The Persian-style carpets, intricate mosaics, artistic decorations, and cultural touches were everywhere — from the entrance, to the elevator, to the hallways, and finally our room. Every step felt like walking through a living piece of art and history. It was a mesmerizing and breathtaking experience.
After settling in, I noticed a very small issue with the air conditioner — just a single drop of water spilling occasionally, nothing serious at all. I simply wanted to inform the staff, but their response went far beyond expectations. They immediately upgraded us to another room, which was just as stunning and beautiful as the rest of the hotel.
The family who runs the hotel made our stay even more special. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they were able to communicate in many languages — if one person couldn’t assist, another family member would happily step in to help.
The breakfast deserves special mention. It was absolutely amazing and felt like a homemade family breakfast prepared with love. The breakfast area itself was another work of art,
