Very nice hotel and top service. We were in honeymoon and they decorated the room for us and sent us cake. The Spa and Turkish bath are very beautiful there too. Highly recommended!

Will be back!
We had an excellent experience at the Mercure. The hotel is brand new and beautiful - it combines modern amenities with classic Uzbek art and architecture. The food was delicious, and the hotel was walking distance from all of the main sites in Bukhara. The spa was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bukhara!

Mercure Bukhara Old Town is an excellent hotel very close to Bukhara’s magical old town…staff were great and facilities equally so! Room was comfortable and restaurant was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bukhara!

The city is a beautiful city and the hotel is a good hotel is very clean. They have a very good Frankfurst. However, there is a little far from the main tourist area you have to walk probably about 15 minutes and the roads are very narrow so it’s a problem with the cars to be walking to the tourist area That’s the only thing that it was inconvenient. Otherwise it’s a good hotel the rooms are slightly small.

Terrible layout of the hotel. Labyrinth all around the property. Hard to find the room even on the second day of state. Elevator stop between the floors, then the guest hast to carry luggage up or down the stairs to get to the roof. For extremely poor design of the showers. After you shower, there was water in the bathroom, in the front of the bathroom under the carpet, carpet, soaking wet after each shower.

Lovely staff and accommodation that's several levels above the competition. Amazing, comfy beds, fabulous breakfast and coffee and a nice little spa too. So many amazing things to see and do in Uzbekistan so it's nice to find a little calming oasis like this in which to relax and unwind. Thank you to a fantastic team at reception and beyond 👍
