I recently stayed at the Suzangaron Hotel in Bukhara and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the historic center, yet quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated in traditional Uzbek style, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything.
