This Colorado Riverfront Private Vacation House (3bed/2.5 bath, 1700 sq. ft, not a condo) is great 4 kids and families! This Rental is located @ the Sunshine Marina with fabulous views of Laughlin (less than 10 min drive from the casinos), Bullhead city and the Arizona Memorial with your own private beach for only $200.00 / nt!

The MASTER BEDROOM; has a cal king bed/ dish tv (Basic) / master bathroom w/ tub shower combo/ privacy on the lower level.
The UPSTAIRS SIDE BEDROOM; has a Queen bed/ beautiful river view.
The UPSTAIRS THIRD BEDROOM; full/twin bunk bed/ plus a spare mattress.
Additional UPSTAIRS LOFT; w/ Queen sofa bed couch/ dish tv (Basic)/beautiful river/mtns view from the upper deck. Upstairs bathroom; tub shower combo.
All bedrooms have clean bedding(s) and bathrooms have plenty of clean towels.

The full Kitchen (full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster/toaster oven, coffee maker, Utensils, Blender, Pot's & Pans, Dishes)/ Den combo has a beautiful view of the Colorado River and surrounding mountains.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the sights of the majestic surroundings. The Outdoor lower deck allows you to keep an eye on the little ones, while enjoy the marina view. Wheelchair accessible to lower rooms, but NO access to the beach. Charcoal BBQ/ RV/trailer parking available!
