The place was a complete disaster. It took two and a half hours just to check in.No one could get the keys to work properly. The room was gross. We were informed they would not issue a refund. It was a busy holiday weekend, we were stuck. People were lined up in the office for, coolers not working, keys not working, rooms not being clean at check in and dogs being in rooms at check in, seriously dogs. They also charge 125$ deposit that you do not get back for 14 days. My husband and I left early in the morning and there was a family sleeping on the sidewalk. My husband an I felt terrible. Maybe the keys were not working or cooler was out. People were asking for clean bedding because the rooms were never clean at check in. They had over booked and were trying to figue out what to do. The employees leave at night and there is a number to call and no one answers the phone. No vending machines or ice either. Do not stay here. Save yourself alot of headaches.

Only chose the hotel based on recommendations from Travelocity. To get to the site we drive miles passed nice hotels and casinos. Check in went Ok. Notice there said that the deposit wouldn't be refunded until the room was checked for damage. Also they gave the internet password in the receipt , so I ignored the red flag for damage. Housekeeping left a vacuum out in front of the room, noticed it was short of towels, and missing some lightbulbs.also no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker. On the way out to play in the water and get dinner, we notified the front desk, where they gave me towels and said they would get the vacuum. Arriving back, strange group in the parking lot that probably prompted the damage notice. At least the vacuum was gone. So sent the kid in to get a shower with his fresh towel . Bulbs still missing. Then we tried the internet, AP on the receipt couldn't be found but there were plenty of AP with the frontier name. None took the password. Attempted to add as a hidden AP, still didn't work. Front desk isn't open all night so no internet that night. Tried to use the TV, but it requires two remotes, and the dtv wasn't connected until a little investigation of the cables Got it to work but resolution was way off. Saying something good... Bed was soft. Check out only took a few moments to have housekeeping verify I didn't damage the room.

I loved being on the river. No way to get on the river, but had a great view of other people enjoying it. We were unhappy with the staff, not having our request of a doulbe queen siz bed room. They gave us a room with one queen size bef and our grandson had to slerp on the floor!
