No soap in the bathroom. TV didn’t work. Floor was very dirty. White towels were stained brown. Staff very unaccommodating. I couldn’t believe it was a Motel 6. In reality, it’s a Motel Hell.

I will never stay at this motel ever again! I was born and raised in Needles and came to visit for the holidays and the whole time I was nervous about the conditions of the room and bathroom the first room we walked into smelled of cat urine went back to office and got another room it was better smelling but very old and bedding had cigarette burns on bedspreads we had no towels or toilet paper refills so I went to office the clerk stated no. Towels he said they were all dirty and that’s it no saying I will bring you some later! Nothing!!! We went and bought towels I’m very sad and upset as a matter of fact my mom paided good money for us to stay there for 4 days!! Maybe you should reimburse her or send a check !!! Something to make this disaster better!!

Not clean
The room was not clean, and the toilet was dirty. When we were going to bed, we realized one of the beds didn't even have a cover sheet. Not a good experience.
