On River Time!

Home away from home! Enjoy the river and scenic views with your family and friends you call family.

The riverfront rental is in a quiet family neighborhood, perfect for that family vacation. The house is located on main-channel rare deep-water in Holiday Shores. The house has a private dock on the river. As you step down to the river, the area is covered in river-rock creating a private river-pool. With two covered patio decks you will have plenty of space in the shade to enjoy the Colorado River panoramic views. The downstairs covered patio is over 1,500 s.f. overseeing the river. The patio has plenty of seating, including outdoor dinning table, chairs, an outdoor sectional couch and a BBQ grill.

House has two-separate entries, one for the main home on street level (3 Bedrooms/ 2 Baths) and one for the lower-level (1 bedroom/1 Bath). Lots of driveway parking with RV hook-ups.

-Two full kitchens, one on the main level and one on the lower level, fully equipped for preparing meals
-Smart TVs in both living rooms and upper master bedroom
-Upgraded robust Wireless internet/network reaching out to the dock
-Laundry room with Washer and Dryer located in main house
-Main House has Whirlpool bathtub located in master bathroom
-Linens and bath towels included
-Outdoor shower on the lower level patio
-Two security cameras on the property, (1) outside in front of the house and (1) outside in the back of the house

We can assure you will find our river vacation home clean and well kept and a good value for your enjoyment at the river.

Great getaway!

Just an amazing time away from home. The property is located on a nice part of the river just far enough from the casinos so you can enjoy taking your boat out without the headache of all the pec watercraft flying everywhere. House was extremely tidy and well kept. Hosts were very responsive as far as communication and check in procedures. I would recommend this spot to anyone who’s thinking of visiting bullhead. Thanks again!

Wonderful Family Trip

The property was perfect for our family, plenty of room for larger groups to hang out and enjoy time together without feeing like you are on top of each other. The inside of the property was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and more. Having access and being able to use the garage was a huge plus as most of the other rentals in the areas don’t let you use the garage, so we really appreciated that bonus. The private dock and life vest that were available for use were also great. Our family had so much fun in the river. The large covered deck was perfect for hanging out, barbecuing, and playing games.Our only complaint was it seemed like we were the first renters of the season so the outside of the property was as in a horrible state we had to spend a lot of time getting rid of cobwebs, sweeping up, dusting, and wiping things down so it would be usable, there was also cobwebs all over the outdoor furniture which we had to clean and lots spiders everywhere which had taken up residence over the winter yikes . So it was disappointing to on arrival have to do cleaning to make the outside areas usable. We did mention this to the owners and they did respond right away, apologized and gave a small refund, and said that they would address those problems in the future We would certainly rent this property again but not without checking first that the outside had been maintained. We absolutely loved the property in general and recommend it

Perfect vacation right on the river with access to boat dock as well as a nice area for family to sit at the water and cool off. We really enjoyed having access to a large driveway for parking and garage access. Great stay and look forward to the next one!

Would Definitely Recommend

We stayed here with 3 families that all had children ranging from toddlers to teens. The check in process was super easy and the host was incredibly responsive. The property was clean and modern. The outside set up was beautiful. The only downside to our entire trip was just the lack of a good swimming area for the kiddos, but that was easily solved with a quick boat ride across the river to a nice sandy area where the kids could swim. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Perfect getaway for any occasion

Wonderful property right on the water! The house is clean, lots of natural light, and views are amazing! This property is also close to grocery stores and restaurants so you get best of both worlds! Would definitely stay here again!

River life is a must

This property was amazing to stay at, beautiful and clean home that stayed nice and cool even when it was 120 outside. The lagoon was shaded down by the dock which was a great place to hang out when we were not on the boat. Plenty parking out front for my boat and seadoos while still being hooked up to the trucks. Launch ramp was only 5 minutes away for easy access daily.

Great house on the river, what more could you want!

We had 8 people here for the weekend to celebrate my wife's 40th. The house is great and has plenty of room for everyone. The location with the river in your backyard is fantastic. We spent the days on the river and the nights on the patio. Great restaurants close by shout out to El Charro, Coyote Cafe and Colianno's. Having the dock is great for a day of jet skiing! We would definitely return for another stay in the future.
