Great place right on the river! Super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Loved the views and easy river access for swimming and jet skis. Close to Laughlin but nice and quiet. The host was really easy to work with. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Family Friendly- Great place to stay

The location was great, you can access a small beach area that is perfect for sitting and putting your feet in. The teens enjoyed jumping off the dock. Keep in mind the current is pretty fast there and jet ski's come by often. We enojed sitting in our chairs in the water keeping out of the heat. The hosts were great communicators and were kind enough to let us check in early. The deck areas are great spaces, although it was very hot during our stay so we did not get a chance to enjoy them as much as we would have liked. The beds and the furniture were very comfortable. A perfect place to hang out. The three sleeping locations worked great for our group. The girls ages 21-16 sleep in the casita, the boys ages 18-19 slept downstairs. They gathered in the game room, and the adults were on the main level. They could play games and hang out and we could supervise from above. We would love to visit again. It was perfect for a group of our size.

Great place for large families!

My family stayed for memorial day weekend, and had a great time on the river. Beach area was gated for the kiddo's and had a nice sandy area for them to play in. Also very nice that river traffic is much lighter compared to further upstream near the casinos. Overall a perfect atmosphere for family or friends of all ages to have a good time. Owner did accommodate us with an early check in which was very much appreciated!

From when we first booked the home they were very helpful and responsive. Once we arrived she did everything she could to accommodate! The house is beautiful, very big, in a great area, and perfect for a group getaway! Highly recommend this host and property.

Excellent property, awful property manager

Beautiful home! It’s right on the river, spacious, plenty of room to dock our boat and 4 wave runners and park 3 trucks and trailers. The home is clean with lots of seating and sleeping spaces. The homeowners definitely take pride in the property. Only complaint is that for the price, the home was a bit under resourced: bath towels, blankets, dishwasher pods, paper towels. Michele, the property manager is very unprofessional On day 1, she inadvertently put me on a group text with her employee who checked me in and was very rude and demeaning to her. I had minimal communication with her during my stay: only to inform her the handle on the sliding glass door was broken and couldn’t be properly closed or locked, to ask if there were more than the 1 towel per person in the home, and help locating the panel so I could reset a tripped breaker for the laundry room. She was responsive. A day after I returned home she called me and lectured me about leaving a sink full of dishes and wanted me to pay a $50 fee. I explained that I loaded/unloaded the dishwasher daily and there were no remaining pods to do that last load. She was argumentative, defensive, and continually interrupted me. I have zero interest in engaging in unproductive arguments with the property management following what was a very memorable vacation for my family. I’ve stayed at multiple rentals and never experienced anything like her.

Birthday Experience

This is a perfect getaway to spend a weekend with family! The convenience of stepping outside being able to ride your personal jetskis and enjoy the beach side while everyone enjoys the patio amenities with music & food was amazing! Home space, cleanliness & communication with management was great! Definitely a place we will consider for a future stay!

This place is a Getaway Paradise! Location was perfect for our Large Family Group. The accommodations were clean and very Homely. The Large Misters surrounding the Patio were a major plus during the Day. The Private beach was the best for day and night time chilling! Diffenately, the place to let loose a little bit without worrying about the nieghbors! The Boat and Watercraft Dock is in Great Shape! If you are looking for a place that is Beautiful inside that you dont have to tip toe around and a Party outside, this place is worth every Penny! We will be back! ❀ Greg and Brandy

The most beautiful , family friendly home !!!!

What can I say 
. This house was just like what you see in the pictures ! If you are planing a family getaway or even a mini vacation with just friends this is the perfect rive front home for you and your guest to stay in . With just minutes away from the casinos . Perfect beach area for people to hang out with and just relax and look at the amazing views from this house . Did I mention that they have a outdoor area where you can gather around with your guest and listen to music and have some cocktails and not to mention MIST coming out from the patio dealing ?!!!!! Overall this house exceeded our expectations to say the least ! Love love loveeee and will re book this house again in the future !
