The property want the money by reservation but the hotel was already closed.

They didn't honour the booking, I had to keep calling to ask for my money back, the owner shared my contact number with his relative to call me but she got beligrant and rude. please do not book this hotel because they don't check the bookings online and have very rude and unprofessional staff
