Soft furnishings in room had visible layers of caked on dirt (lounge arm chair). The doona appeared decades old. People smoking on balcony right by my door. Double glass door to access room felt unsafe. The condition of the bathroom was undesirable, dirty and in poor condition. I booked 3 nights and stayed 1 until I could find an alternative. Downstairs rooms appeared to be renovated however the upstairs room I was put in was terrible.

Comfy beds .clean rooms..very accommodating Staff. Thanks Matthew.. however... there were not enough cutlery & china/glassware fir the 3 singles & 1 Queen bed i..only 2 mismatched wine glasses... no UHT milk or fresh fir tea/coffee... a very clean sparkly pool hiwever the Gazebo was in desperate need of a clean & tidy up...the torn felt carpet outside all the upstairs rooms where the share balcony is all the way along... is desperately needs replacing... we needed 2 light globes replaced.. 1 was in the bathroom...aswell as 1 outside over the staiwell closest to the front...very dark & a trip/fall hazard... please spend the money to freshen up & be aware of attention to detail...thank you

Quiet location just off the main highway. Check-in after hours at the digital kiosk was smooth. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and tidy, but just a little tired. Overall satisfactory for an overnight stay.

Rooms were clean and and had your needs covered. Juspt a suggestion if you ask people to wash their dishes with soap and cloth provided could you also provide a tea towel, lucky we hadnt used the hand towel.

Good for one or two nights sleep. Has fridge and freezer which is bonus. Bed was comfortable. And pool on premises was clean. Wall above bunker has holes in it. Bathroom was clean. Room smells musky when aircon is not on.

Room was good. Beds were comfortable but shower didn’t work properly as there was no water pressure and the temperature were too hard to control so it was either scalding or freezing whilst the shower head just dribbled water

Did not end up staying, the price was very good but a funky smell combined with staines on the sheets and mould in the seal of the fridge we repacked the car after 20 mins and left. Returned the key on day two to let management know but could not find anyone left key in the after hrs box. We had booked a 3 night stay. Good price, older motel needs a makeover, i would not recommend.

The staff at at Alexandria were outstanding. The motel was a bit tired and could do with an upgrade but the staff made our stay a wonderful experience. Close to everything we could want and a short drive to many of Bundabergs attractions, we would definately stay here again.
