Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 2 indoor living spaces both with TV`s, one has a gorgeous fireplace.
Outdoor deck with BBQ, dining table and outdoor sofa seating, adjacent to firepit and 12m pool.
Everything you need and walking distance (1km) to the wonderful Highlands village of Bundanoon.
There is a garage/barn on site which is not available for use but there is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
Strict no party policy & noise should be in keeping with the quiet location.

The house has been furnished with pieces from Jardan, MCM House, Suzie Anderson Home, Hunter Gatherer and Coco Republic.
All beds have Ettitude or Sheridan linen; all bath towels are Sheridan (please BYO pool towels).

Main living space:

The main living space is an open plan area with kitchen, dining room and lounge room. Some additional information on each section is outlined below:

Kitchen

The kitchen is truly enormous and has every
possible appliance you will need to cook a simple
meal through to a more elaborate special occasion
lunch or dinner.
There is an island bench with 4 bar stools and the windows open onto the back deck adjacent to the
BBQ which is helpful for those in charge of
`cheffing`.
You will find every size and shape of serving ware, plentiful supply of crockery and glassware.
Also in the kitchen is a concealed laundry cupboard with front loading washer and dryer.

Dining Room

The dining room has a large 8 seater dining table.
There is also a sideboard for serving drinks from and a cocktail bar for your use.

Lounge Room

The lounge room has a fireplace, lounges for 8 people and a TV with all streaming services available on it.
There is also an adjacent sitting area with 2 large armchairs and chess board.
The room also has a bookcase with books, magazines, games, puzzles and a collection of kids toys.

Off the main hallway is The Snug
A nice cosy seperate second living space with a corner sofa & TV.

You can use the entire main house and all the grounds and pool. There is no-one else on the property. The garage is not for use.

There is a strict no party policy and noise levels must respect the quiet location and our neighbours.

Pets are permitted on request only, 1 well behaved, house trained, small-med size dog under 20kg is permitted after messaging or speaking to the host first.
