Cozy Living: Comfortable twin beds with memory foam mattresses, plush pillows, and warm blankets for ultimate relaxation. A cozy lounge area perfect for unwinding.
Well-Equipped Kitchenette: Prepare delicious meals with ease using the gas stove, oven, microwave, and small fridge. We provide flatware, glassware, dinnerware, and essential cooking utensils.
Morning Brews: Kickstart your day with a fresh cup from our Keurig coffee machine. We provide a complimentary starter kit that includes Starbucks K-cups, creamers, and sugars to get you going.
Private Bathroom: Refresh in your own fully functional private bathroom featuring a standing shower, fluffy towels, a hair dryer, and a flushing toilet (please only use provided RV toilet paper).
Modern Comforts: Stay connected with strong Wi-Fi, enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV, and set the perfect temperature with AC/heat. The Bluetooth Pioneer sound system adds to the ambiance.

Smokeless Fire Pit: Gather around the smokeless fire pit for cozy evenings, perfect for s'mores and stargazing. (Please do not move the fire pit or leave fires unattended.)
Electric Flat Top Grill: Whip up delicious meals on the Blackstone electric flat top grill, complete with grilling utensils, frying pan, and spatula. Please wipe down after use.
Private Patio: Relax on your private patio, ideal for outdoor dining or simply soaking in the peaceful wooded surroundings.

Good to Know
Guest Access: You'll have sole access to your Airstream, private patio, grassy area, hot tub, and fire pit. Keys are conveniently located in a padlock.
Water Conservation: Our Airstream uses a holding tank. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage.
Cleaning Protocol: We use a professional cleaning company to thoroughly clean, disinfect, and sanitize the Airstream between guests. The cleaning fee includes hot tub maintenance.
Complimentary Amenities: Enjoy Starbucks K-cups, creamers, sugars, Public Goods shampoo, hand soap, RV toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, freshly laundered linens, and fluffy towels.
Important Notes:
No Smoking inside the Airstream: Smoking is allowed in the patio.
No Pets, No Parties: We do not allow pets or parties.
Awnings: Please do NOT pull out the awning.
Agreement: By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions and those outlined in our house manual.
