Exactly what we wanted
This place was in an incredible location - couldn't ask for better, especially given the price. Responsive host, great views, and the listing was exactly as shown. Ideal for a reasonable trip to the Finger Lakes.

Great location
The location of this place is excellent, very close to town and wineries as well as views of Seneca Lake. The place is small but was clean and perfect for what we needed. The only downside is it is very close to the edge of the roadside.

Prime Location
This property was very close to hiking in Watkins Glen and several wineries, distilleries and breweries. The communication with the hosts was good and timely. I agree with the other reviews that the bed is very uncomfortable. The place was perfect for our needs, as we were out and about most of the time.

Never received info on how to check in. Texted the owner. Tried calling. Showed up to the property and still no way of getting in. Vrbo also tried contacting the owner and couldn’t. Had to find a nearby hotel for the weekend instead.

Loved our stay and the view
The place was small but had everything we needed. The view of the lake from the back windows was gorgeous, especially with the fall colors. The only thing that was a not-so-great surprise was the road noise. We did learn to ignore it, though! Lots of great stuff to do right in the area, especially if you like wine, parks, great restaurants and amazing nature.

Perfect!
We absolutely loved our stay. The place was in a perfect location, close to everything. Manny was a wonderful host! They are still making some changes to the place and we can't wait to go back next year and see what it looks like! Small but perfect for just the two of us. Thank you for everything!

Great location close to many wineries, breweries and hiking options, as long as you don’t mind road noise. The Murphy bed was lumpy and not the most comfortable. Place was clean and has the necessities. An affordable, basic option on the wine trail.
