This attractive free-standing holiday home is made of sustainable building materials and is in a wooded area near the beach. The large glass facades provide a view from the entire living area of the green enclosed garden, where you can sit in complete privacy. The name of the house means sunbeam, and the daylight shining in through the large windows certainly does it justice. Even when it is cloudy, this house retains its bright character. The loft also gives the house a wonderfully open and spacious feel.

This detached home is set on a spacious plot. Upon entering through the hall, you'll find a toilet and a separate storage room with a washing machine. The living room features a comfortable seating area by the TV, while the staircase to the upper floor is centrally located, creating a warm divide between the living and dining areas. The dining table, which comfortably seats 6, is an extension of the kitchen. The corner kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, and kettle.
On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed made of two single mattresses (90x200 cm), bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features a shower and a sink.
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms—one with a double bed made up of two single box springs, and the other with two single beds. Both rooms come with a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor includes a walk-in shower, a washbasin with a vanity unit, and a separate toilet.
From the living room, you can step directly onto the 20 m² terrace, leading into the private, enclosed garden (50 m²). The garden offers a peaceful spot with comfortable seating for 6, a garden table, and an umbrella, perfect for relaxing. There's also a sheltered area in the garden where you can charge bikes.
