A spacious and fully equipped vacation apartment with a private terrace and barbecue facilities awaits you. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

The living room features a fireplace—which, of course, is available for use—as well as a sleeper sofa and a TV. For long evenings or days when the weather isn’t great, there are several books and games available. Free Wi-Fi is provided. From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace, which features a cozy lounge area, a patio umbrella, a grill/fire pit, and a view of the garden.

The bathroom is inviting and equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. We, of course, provide towels.

The bedroom features a large double bed, a guest bed, and a large wardrobe. We also provide bed linens.

The kitchen features a modern built-in kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combo. There is also a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, bread maker, some spices, and dishes and silverware for 6 people. The kitchen also has a corner bench for dining together. Two high chairs are also available.

An S-Bahn station is located 5 kilometres away. Trains run every 30 minutes.
You can easily reach us via the A3/A6 or A9 and B8.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir wollten wir ein paar Tage Nürnberg erkunden und haben daher bei Kerstin die Ferienwohnung gebucht. Kerstin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und als wir ein Anliegen hatten und Kerstin um Hilfe baten, war sie schnell erreichbar und hat uns sofort weiter geholfen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Kerstin. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns!!

Wochenende in burgthann

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes wochenende in dieser schönen wohnung, die sehr gemütlich war v.a. wegen dem kamin, wodurch an diesem schmuddeligen novemberwochenende unsere laune gut geblieben ist :)

Schön, romantisch, ruhig

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, das Haus war makellos sauber, das große Bett bequem, die Terrasse ruhig und privat und die Küche geräumig mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Keine Züge oder Verkehrslärm in der Nähe. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten! Wenn Sie einen ruhigen, geräumigen und romantischen Ort suchen, ist dies der richtige Ort.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Grünen

Ideal wenn man im ländlichen Bereich wohnen und Ausflüge machen will und trotzdem auch Ziele in Nürnberg oder Richtung Fränkischer Schweiz ansehen möchte. Kein extra Kinderzimmer aber helles Wohnzimmer und große Wohnküche mit 2 Fernsehern. Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Kurzurlaub vor den Toren Nürnbergs

Sehr nette Vermieter! Uns wurde kurzfristig eine Lademöglichkeit für unser Elektroauto zur Verfügung gestellt. Abgerechnet wurde nach Tarif vom Stromversorger, Zähler war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und super sauber. Alles da, was man als Familie erwartet. Besonders die ruhige Lage mit eigener Terrasse (inkl. Grill) lädt dazu ein abends dort zu verweilen. Fazit: Absolute Familienempfehlung! Kommunikation mit der Agentur war nicht erforderlich.

Familienbesuch verbunden mit einer Urlaubswoche
