The motel looks very humble from the outside, but there are many nice touches in the room that were unexpected. The breakfast was also beyond expectations

Even though it was older looking on the outside the room were nice and clean except the refrigerator the ribber around the door was filthy and it needed defrosted other than very nice. Did not get the room cleaned the second day we was there so had to go ask for towels. And breakfast selection was not the best unless you like cereal Office staff was friendly and check in was quick and efficient Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay if passing through Burlington, CO. The rooms are nice. The place is quiet. The staff is wonderful and helpful. They offer a hot breakfast.

I recommend staying at the Chaparral Motor Inn if driving through Burlington, CO. The family that runs the hotel have put a lot of love into the place. They have a wonderful breakfast. The rooms have been updated. The beds are comfortable. The rooms have refrigerators. The Safeway is within walking distance, which is nice.

My wife woke up with bits on her legs (bed bugs or spiders). The door lock to our room did not work. And, the smell (order in the room) was alfull, over powering.

I must say we didn't have a lot of choices in Burlington. We needed a shower bench/chair for my husband as he was in an accident. Sadly it arrived after we were asleep, but yet they banged on the front door. The flies were horrible. We could even get our things out of the truck & inside the room w/o multiple flies coming straight in or truck & room. Beds were lumpy, same w pillows. Stain on the comforter cover. Bathroom needs updating, rusty corners, all in need of repairs. Front desk speaks little english.

This is an amazing place. It's affordable. The rooms are pristine. It's quiet. (Surprisingly quiet!!!) The beds? You can melt into them for a week, they're so comfy. Six out of five stars. Seriously, stay here.

The property itself is about as good as you could ask for considering you're in the middle of Kansas. The room was very clean and the beds were brand new and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and was as good as hotels that are more expensive. It's run by what I'm guessing is 3 generations of family members. They take great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards and it shows in every aspect of the property. Even with the limited dining available, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice clean motel. Bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and new pillows. Complimentary breakfast of eggs, sausage and toast. Met the owner ...a nice guy running the property with his family. Nice to stay at a family run business, and not a big chain.
