Affordable, Quiet & Convenient Apartment

Our easy access, no steps entrance opens to a newly remodeled apartment. It’s very private, large, quiet and cozy and it’s waiting for you. . The kitchen is easily accessible to the right as youj walk in. Kitchen includes a stove/oven, full-size fridge, Keurig, drip, french press and electric tea kettle. Supplies are stocked and available. The kitchen also has a microwave, small crockpot, toaster, toaster oven, mini bullet and cooking supplies. The kitchen is part of the great room which includes the living room and laundry area. A large kitchen island ties the two areas together. Walking through the kitchen you take a right and pass the washer/dryer unit as you head to the bathroom. Continuing down the hall you enter a small but not crowded bathroom. The well lit, (small step)-in tiled shower. Equipped with a fixed shower head and hand wand. Abundant hot water is a on demand tankless system.
The living room/great-room has a large wall mount TV, electric heater/fireplace entertainment center. The pullout couch provides extra sleeping from a full-size mattress. The apartment provides Wifi, Roku and a Nintendo (old school) games for your entertainment. A large and cozy attached bedroom is spacious enough to be used as a small office (beautiful oak desk with lamp) while not crowding the area. A 2nd exterior door is located in the bedroom and opens up to the backyard (under construction and currently not ready for guests or pets). In addition our fence isn’t fully enclosed. Doggy potty bags available for you to clean up after your dog baby. Please kennel your animal if left inside when you leave. There is a fenced community walking track located at Slater Elementary. There you will find benches to sit and potty bags/receptacles.
There is plenty of street parking and the driveway fits one vehicle. The entrance to the apartment is under the carport and completely private. Other things to note: Blow dryer and iron are located in the cabinet by the bathroom. There are supplies for 1-2 loads of laundry located in the drawer under the washer/dryer unit. A USB charger is a availablein the bedroom and a Bluetooth Bose speaker in the living room. We are proud of our little apartment and have enjoyed being in the hospitality industry thus far. Come to the clear skies of Harney where fresh air is abundant and the hunting & fishing opportunities are endless. The Great Basin allows you a front stage view of the Milky Way by simply looking up.
