Helikore 3+1 Stone House

Our Hobbit House houses are located on the road to Elbeyli village, 8 minutes from the center of Iznik. The facility currently has 4 active houses. Hobbitevleri 3+1 is 160 m2 and has a capacity of 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen. There is underfloor heating and a fireplace.

The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking. You can find alcohol glasses, pots, pans, plates, forks, knives, spoons, in short, all kinds of tools. Thanks to the large refrigerator, you can keep your food and drinks cold from the outside. If you are staying for a long time, you can use our washing machine and dishwasher.

Each Hobbit house has its own private garden. There is also a private parking lot for 1 vehicle and a 1.50 cm deep pool in your garden. Every housekeeper is ready to use an umbrella for the summer vacation.
