A very welcoming English Inn in the heart of historical mid Suffolk! The team of staff are friendly, fun & attentive! Food is delicious! The garden areas are beautiful, very tranquil, safe & private!!!
A home away from home! Definitely worth the stay! đ
Woolpit is a I lovely little hamlet . No other eating places apart from a chip shop so we ate at the Bull .
We personally didnât like the menu choice and found the cooked breakfast a bit greasy again little choice. No eggs Benedict, Omelettes etc on offer .
There was the usual cereal choices but only plain yogurt and no pastries. Bananas were badly bruised so overall we were a little disappointed.
Handy spot, little out of the way. There's another Bull Inn within the borough of Bury St Edmunds close to the air force bases that I thought I was booking, so beware if you're visiting military family.
Lovely village pub/restaurant.
Great service from front of house manager. Young man, very friendly and welcoming. Lovely evening meal, fair prices, fresh vegetables. Room clean, warm and cosy. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Outside, Iron stairs to room so just be aware. We would definitely stay again.
An overnight stay for a family visit so didnât eat a meal but there was a lovely busy restaurant, our room was clean, warm and quiet with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious would stay again.
Had excellent stay in The Bull at Woolpit. Great selection of breakfast options, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, full english small and large, toast, coffee and tea. The service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable room with view over Woolpit roofs and garden. Evening meal was excellent value for money and superbly cooked. We ate in the restaurant every evening. The owners and the staff work extremely well together. We will definitely be returning soon.
Comfortable room (hubby not happy with all the illumination from electric sockets etc) Good showeroom and toiletries. Loads of parking. Good breakfast. Nice gardens.
Gorgeous area and gardens
Lovely people
Might be worth covering the 2 fluorescent lights in room although small they stay on all night and made sleeping difficult
