The location was really convenient, and the fact that the hotel had a styler, laundry machine and a stove top was definitely a plus. However, the bed was one of the most uncomfortable thing ever. The bedding was nice, but sleeping on the mattress was worse than sleeping on the floor. Plus, the room was really dry. But the staff was really helpful and kind. If they decide to change the mattress, I would even consider staying here again.

I mean it’s a great idea that they really make an effort to be eco-friendly. Love that part. But the hotel room is small for to be considered a 4-stars. Worst when you can hear all the street noises in the middle of the night. The hotel didn’t do anything about it either.

It was a great stay overall and I would recommend this hotel to others. Room condition was good and bed was comfortable. There are many dining options around and there is convenient store at 1st floor. Small kitchen is there, but no plates and cutlery.

The location is very convenient the rooms is clean and. Beautiful however the Loft ceilings is too Low Is not friendly for adult height to use , so during the 4 nights stay we didn’t make use of the loft . Suggest shower room to have a door , otherwise after shower the bathroom floor is all wet n cold weather we can only stand on the floor with bare foot it seem so cold .

Amazing Experience

Very new rooms, very comfortable bed, very clean premises, very helpful staff. 100 points over 100... Only the breakfast was a type which we are used to. If you are traveling from Europe to South Korea, I suggest not to buy the breakfast.

Three Kiwis visiting Busan Haeundae Oct 2019

Extremely new and clean place. Excellent condition and comfortable room with installed laundry machine/dryer and clothe auto steamer that was so 5 stars of 2019. I would give 95/100 because of the below. 1) the elevators can be slow in busy hours -only two elevator covers the higher half of the hotel. We had to wait for 10+min just get on the elevator on a busy morning. 2) Toiletries: only had wall mounted shampoo, liquid soap and hair conditioner. No toothbrush or toothpaste, etc. 3) The toilet/shower door was too close to the washing basin. If you are a big guy in a hurry - you will find it difficult to squeeze in. 4) Breakfast was three-star and average - ingredients were fresh but sauces could been more exciting.

I asked if the ocean view is possible, the front told me that they will be offering free upgrade. Got into my room and the city view was all I could be enjoying. The elevator was extremely slow, It's an okay stay for business but wouldn't recommend for other purpose.

Nice new hotel, very close to beach and many convenient shops, there’s even one food store inside the hotel. Room was good, bed is very comfortable. I loved that there were many amenities inside the room: microwave oven, washing machine and a dry cleaning machine too which was great to dry clothes quick after typhoon rain. On the negative side: these appliances are in korean and there’s no room manual in the room at all. The hotel needs to provide a manual in English if they aim at welcoming foreigners (I ended up selecting a wrong option on the washing machine drier which took double the time and therefore had to pay more to stay longer in the room on check out day because my clothes were stuck in the machine. The bathroom door is awkwardly positioned, maybe a sliding door would make more sense.

The room with the loft was beautiful and very clean with the amazing drying machine. The facilities were great with the washing machine, microwave, hob etc. However I was surprised to see that amenities such as toothpaste were not provided. However overall it is an amazing property in such an insane location. I will be coming back her on my next busan visit. The breakfast was also very good and recommend getting it included in your stay.

숙소는 전체적으로 깔끔하고 잘 정돈되어 있어서 좋았으나, 화장실용 실내화가 배치되어 있지 않는 점, 들어왔을 때 신발장은 있지만 신발을 벗을 공간이 미흡하고 장안에 놓여져 있던 실내화가 너무 얇고 헤져있어 신을 수 없었던 부분이 아쉬웠습니다.
