The view of the ocean from the hotel balcony and the outside spa were amazing, and the location was safe and convenient as it was close to all the restaurants and shops. All the staff, especially the hotel porters, were exceptional in their helpfulness and kindness. The hotel bakery shop is a must-try. It was Great!

Location and hotel upkeep is good. I only wish that they would not have left out Toothbrush as a comp amenity and you have to pay for it. This is not a budget hotel and should not be operating this way. I would not recommend going to the attached Casino. The staff operating the roulette and baccarat were talking to each other and to guests which is a strict NO in other countries. During our 3 days there, we did not see any supervisor monitoring them or even doing spot checks. Looks like a relaxed casino with no proper gaming SOPs.

Paradise lives up to its name. A very beautiful hotel/casino within a minutes walk from the nightlife district of Haeundae. The outdoor heated pool and spa were amazing even in-4 degree weather. Staff were super friendly and helpful all spoke English as well. Highly recommend

Beachfront hotel and lots of things to do and everything was walking distance. Casino was small but clean and smoke free. Room was spacious and clean. View from the room was incredible. There are amenities you can’t use on Wednesday since it’s their off day. Other than that it was high scaled hotel. Friendly staff all around the hotel.
