On the first day checking in, my friend and I inquired about getting extra pillows but the reception staff was not accommodating. We were told none were available but following day asked Jieun Lee and she was quick and efficient in getting extra pillow for us as well as getting curtains replaced in my room. My room had several defects: dirty curtains, door handle in washroom came off, told Jieun and she sent someone to fix the door handle, furniture old and scratched up, chair upholstery coming apart, several marks on the walls

The first day additional pillows were requested. She looked at me and did not understand my request. I walked away and came back the next day and spoke to a different person regarding the extra pillows. The pillows were delivered to my room within the hour.

Hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early free of charge, as luckily our room was ready earlier than all the others. The curtains still allow quite a bit of light into the room even when fully closed, important to know for people whos sleep is affected by lightness in the room. It's a walkable hotel from underground stations and is located in a quiet area. They had one washing and drying machine which was very handy.

Comfortable bed and thermostat that actually worked! Facilities a bit tired and in need of renovations especially the Bathroom. in particular the handrail over the bath tub did not fasten to the wall and the lever switching between rose and handheld shower detached when pulled. Minor inconvenience but those and the carpets should be replaced
