Self-Checkin/No Frontdesk style korean hotel that has excellent view but very small room. Room was extremely small and floor was not clean. Only thing that worked for us was location.

We had a great unobstructed oceanview, fantastic. Not all rooms face the sea. Bidet in the toilet was not working, flush was good. Toto brand toilet is better than this Quming brand

I found it a bit tricky to check in. Everything self service and no staff available for questions. We stayed for 4 nights and not once did housekeeping come to clean or restock. We ran out of coffee and toilet paper. The shampoo and body wash bottles hardly had anything in them. Good thing I happened to have a soap bar in my emergency pack.

Being right on the beach was fantastic! The whole no staff thing was weird. Made it hard to check in, and no cleaning service for the week we stayed there.

The ventilation in the room was really poor. You could smell the bathroom sewage if you didnโ€™t have air conditioning running. the temperature system in the room was either hot or cold, no in between. Note that there is no staff for check in as it is all self service. No one comes and cleans the room for ur entire stay. However, the location was unbeatable as it was right on the shore with one of the best cafes iโ€™ve ever been to on the first floor!

Amazing value for an ocean view room just across the street from the beach. The hotel has no front desk on site and cleaning is an extra fee. It might not be the best option for people who are staying longer or have difficulty using smartphones. When I booked through Expedia, I needed to contact the hotel via their mobile front desk (chat) to get the passcode email for check-in. Besides that initial hiccup and slow Wi-Fi, I enjoyed my stay here.

There is no reception at the property. We had a bit of a problem with our booking, but we were able to get it resolved very quickly through email. The customer service responded right away even they were not on site. Laundry service was also good. The dryer was powerful. We had our clothes dried up very well compared to a lot of other places we've stayed. The only issue was the mechanical parking. Two machines doing one car each at a time, there is line up at the morning when everyone tries to head out.

First of all, price was valuable. Second, the room was decent,clean and facing the cable car ocean view. Itโ€™s really relaxing. Although no one serves you, the luggage arrangement and e checkin and out was quite easy and convenient.
