Busselton Beach House "Luxury Beach Front & Spacious 2 Storey Home"

This near new luxury two storey beach front home is only 70 metres direct access to the beach, has fantastic Geograph Bay views plus is just a short stroll into town, Busselton Jetty plus many local restaurants and activities....

With the Margaret River Wine Region at your doorstep plus many other fantastic beaches and local attractions, this home is great for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers or the business traveler.

The home is also just a few minutes walk to Busselton Regional Hospital

Activities available include Beach, Kayaking, Bike Riding plus many ball and beach sport activites are all included for use by the guests.

Guests will be provided a key code to the front gate and security lock box located at the property.

The house is equipped with a guest handbook with explanatory notes on all elements of the property plus some handy info on the local attractions.

Should guests have any questions throughout your stay, I am always available to assist.

Getting around - Car hire is highly recommended when visiting the South West. It is definitely the best way to go exploring. You can also take the train from Perth to Bunbury and then a bus to Busselton, or a bus the whole way.

Beautiful spot and view

We loved the house, it had everything you needed. The view from inside are nice, however in future will obstructed by new buildings 😒 lots of technology in the house and we found it very comfortable. Look out for the bed wood corners, I have some nice bruising on my legs from walking around them.

Beautiful modern beach house

We just had an utterly fabulous weekend getaway at Busselton Beach House, the location is perfect with the beach right on your doorstep with sweeping views of the coastline second to none, we enjoyed a BBQ dinner on the roofop listening to the waves lapping gently in the distance as we sipped our Sauvignon Blanc, the beds are like sleeping on a cloud, this house will not disappoint, highly recommend.

Incredible Place

Such as wonderful location right by the beach! Rooftop terrace was an absolute highlight and all of the incredible toys and other sports equipment they provided! Had my parents vow renewal ceremony just out the front of the property and couldn’t have asked for anything better! The house is incredibly designed and decorated as well!

Extremely Impressed!

We were first time Stayz customers and could not have been more satisfied with our experience at the Busselton Beach House. Gary and Jodie made sure we had all the details we needed and were available for us to reach out to with any questions. The house is absolutely stunning and in a gorgeous location. There are various areas to entertain or relax and would suit all types of groups looking for that much needed getaway or special place to enjoy the company of friends and family. The beds were extremely comfortable and allowed us all to sleep in (including the kids!). Waking up to the views of the ocean and ending the day with a glass of red in front of the fireplace was divine. Great hospitality and would highly recommend to everyone!

Absolutely stunning.

This property is stunning. We absolutely loved this house. Everything you could want is here, including a second kitchen and lounge! Whoever styled it did such an amazing job, the Hamptons style furnishings were gorgeous. It was very hard to leave. The owners are fantastic.

Fantastic family getaway.

The Beach house was amazing more than what we imagined.They have thought of everything possible to make your stay great. Plenty available for the kids to do bikes to ride balls and games to take to the beach.The location is so convenient beach access easy to get to and was well used. We had an enjoyable family holiday with a fantastic house to stay will definately book again.

Long Weekend Stay

We spent the long weekend at the house with 2 families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The location and house was perfect for us, the adults upstairs and the teens downstairs! The sunsets from the roof deck were spectacular. Everything we needed was on hand. A great weekend.

Loved our stay

Have a lovely stay, very nice beach house , breathtaking views of the ocean. House was very spacious and clean, liked the idea of the top deck/ BBQ pit , great surrounding views of Busselton. Only thing I would mention was the beach access through the gate. The entrance leading onto the beach , looked a little overgrown. Highly recommended

Brilliant, Beautiful Home on the Beach

We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 6, and everything was smooth, from the booking process to the communication with the owner, to the check in process, and finally to the clear instructions awaiting us on arrival. We had a lovely time in Busselton and took advantage of being on the beach the whole time we were there. The owners of this property have thought of everything possible to make a stay at their home easy and convenient. The decor, the layout, the furnishings, the cleanliness, they were all top class. Highly recommend this place!

Long weekend staycation

My family and I stayed for a few days over the long weekend. The house is breath taking and the location couldn't have been any better. Gary was absolutely fantastic to deal with and answered any of my questions. Gary and his wife have truly thought of everything you could want/need in this house -we highly recommend it. In fact before we left we had booked to go again! Absolutely loved this house!

This property is just gorgeous. The "Beach House" theme was very well done through-out the house but was definitely not over done. nice and roomy but also feels cosy even with just two adults and a baby staying. I would definitely recommend taying here if you are after a nice relaxing weekend away

This is a lovely new house in a beautiful peaceful location. It is in a very quite and safe area with an almost deserted beach at the bottom of the garden. Fantastic place in Bussleton for families.

We had my wife's 70th birthday, and the family shared the house. Other friends came down to help us celebrate over two days. Had a great time. Even my daughter-in-law who is in a wheelchair was able to participate since we were able to use the downstairs facilities. The grandchildren used the kayaks and swam on the beach whilst the parents went for walks. Great facilities all over the house. We used all the entertaining areas at some time or other. Played cricket on the lawn as well. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting a luxury weekend or week near the beach.
