Cairnamohr ..... or 'care no more' ... has everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled holiday in Western Australia's beautiful South West. Situated on 6 acres of natural bushland at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac it is the perfect getaway.

Ideal for an extended family gathering, two families with children, or groups of couples.

With four generous bedrooms, verandahs all around, two living areas, a large games room and the bush itself you'll have plenty of space to enjoy yourselves. Sit under the outdoor patio and watch for kangaroos and birds. Enjoy the tranquility and seclusion and simply slow down.

All linen is included. If you would like to receive a discounted price by providing your own sheets, pillow cases and towels, please request this in your reservation request and I will update the quote before processing.

The property is located a short drive from Smiths Beach, Yallingup Beach and Dunsborough, and close to galleries, cafes and wineries. All the attractions of the Margaret River region are right at your doorstep.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is plenty big enough for 8 people, with a separate lounge adjacent. TV, DVD player and stereo, plus a selection of books and board games. A huge shed houses table tennis, darts and table soccer.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven and microwave. BBQ provided outside. Reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and a wood-stove to make things cosy in winter. Bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Pets welcome. Please be advised that Cairnamohr is unfenced to permit freedom of movement to wildlife but we do have a small 6m x 4m outdoor fenced enclosure. Pets not permitted in bedrooms nor on furniture.

Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Standard Cleaning Fee of $180 is included in the quoted price. This fee may vary depending on numbers, time of year, and length of stay.

Booking deposit of 25 percent of booking amount is required at the time of booking. Balance required 30 days prior to arrival date.

The property was great for our family, grandparents, children and grandchildren. There was lots of space, indoors and outdoors. The 2 childrens bikes that were there at the house were a bonus as we only took 2 from home so that meant each child had a bike. Not far away from town or the dog beachs at Yallingup and Dunsborough.

Ah the serenity, coming from the city we forget how wonderful it is to have absolute quiet. Slept so peacefully in the comfortable beds. Lovely to have our golden retriever too, would have loved a fenced off area to let her out with ease

Tranquil & Cosy Bush Retreat

We had a lovely weekend getaway at this perfect location. The cottage was just what we wanted with well equiped kitchen & all the facilities. We were so lucky with the weather with sunny days, so use of the outdoor area was used a lot! The games room was an absolute bonus for my grandies too! Really appreciated the extra time in the morning checking out kindly allowed by the host which allowed us to linger over brekkie & cleanup after our stay. We hope to be back in the not too distant and future. Thankyou

Beautiful and tranquil

Lovely home in a quiet area. Elderly parents were visiting from the UK and found it a treat when the Kangaroo's visited at sunset. The house was clean, well presented and had all the comforts of home. Will definitely stay again.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The house is large and has everything our family could want. The pantry was well stocked with essentials and the kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. This was really important as not many restaurants kitchens stay open after around 7.30pm! The location was tranquil, although not too far from Dunsborough and many breweries and wineries.

Another fantastic stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cairnamohr! The location itself is very central to Dunsborough but peaceful and away from the crowds. A very well equiped and family friendly house with a lovely outdoor area. Will hopefully be back again. Thanks for having us!
