Dunsborough - "Peppermints" 181 Naturaliste Terrace

'Peppermints' is a short 4 minute walk from town down Naturaliste Tce. It is a relaxing family holiday home and is only a short 5 minute walk away from the pristine white sands of beautiful Geographe Bay beach. There is a playground close by and the water is nice and shallow - very safe and protected swimming, especially for young children.

Use the " Peppermints" as your base to start exploring the magnificent Margaret River Wine Region, catch a few waves, or simply tune out and relax on the beautiful beaches.

Three bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet and an outdoor hot water shower to wash the sand off.

Perfect place to unwind. Easy walk to beach and cafes/shops. Lovely relaxed vibe and shaded back garden to sit and read or kids to play. Park the car and just relax. Pet friendly too.

Host was abrupt and not helpful. The floor tiles of the house was really dirty and had to be washed particularly in corners. The windows were dirty. The only toilet was downstairs and was grubby in corners with spiders on ceiling. The worktop in shower room was wooden and rotted. Everything needs updating. No air conditioning in downstairs bedroom. house was tired and needs some TLC

House is bright and airy, was easy to find, clear self check in details, great for our family of 4 to stay as enough space in lounge room to sit together or also have the option of separate areas with the extra lounge room upstairs. Cute little house apon entry, stair case is a little wobbly as it is made from metal and not as supportive as a wooden one. Def some general maintenance needed for the outside of the house, no firewood when we arrived however host offered to refund and costs for firewood we got from down the road which we didnt mind just grabbing some so didnt worry about the refund. Other than these it was an amazing stay, communication with host was great, house was good for the kids when we wanted time at home as it was safe for them to play in the backyard.

Lovely weekend

Great house and location. Beds were very comfortable. Nice and clean with a homely vibe. Communication from the host was prompt and friendly. No linen, not even a tea towel was disappointing but overall a wonderful place to stay and we had a lovely weekend.
