Eagle Vista is perfectly positioned to roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries of Margaret River, or the wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

The large upper-level entertaining deck provides the feeling of being in the treetops and provides mesmerising views of the glistening waters of Eagle Bay – being the ideal place to enjoy BBQs and drinks with family and friends. The main living zone upstairs comprises open plan living, dining and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, hotplate, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.
A separate games room downstairs offers a pool table and large Smart TV which provides a fantastic retreat for the kids and adults alike. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
